2. Products & Custom Orders

Many of our products are handcrafted and made to order.

Because of the custom nature of our fountains:

  • Product dimensions, finishes, textures, and colors may vary slightly.
  • Natural variations in concrete, resin, stone, or specialty finishes are not considered defects.
  • Lighting, photography, and screen settings may affect product appearance online.

Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without notice.

For custom projects:

  • A deposit may be required before production begins.
  • Remaining balances are due prior to delivery or upon installation completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Credit card payments may be subject to a processing fee.

Failure to complete payment may delay production, shipping, or installation.

4. Production & Delivery Timelines

Estimated lead times are provided as approximations only.

Production and shipping timelines may be affected by:

  • Freight carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Customer-requested modifications
  • Site accessibility
  • Seasonal order volume

Fountain & Flora is not liable for delays outside of our reasonable control.

5. Shipping & Freight Deliveries

Large fountain orders may ship through freight carriers.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring accurate shipping information
  • Providing accessible delivery conditions
  • Inspecting products upon delivery

Any shipping damage must be reported within 24 hours with supporting photographs.

Customers may be responsible for additional charges related to:

  • Missed deliveries
  • Redelivery attempts
  • Storage fees
  • Liftgate requirements
  • Limited access locations

6. Installation Requirements

For installation services, customers agree to provide:

  • Safe and accessible work areas
  • Stable installation surfaces
  • Water and electrical access if required

Fountain & Flora does not provide electrical or plumbing work unless specifically agreed in writing.

Additional site preparation or unforeseen installation conditions may result in additional charges.

Custom-made items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once fabrication begins.

Approved returns must be unused and in original condition.

8. Product Care & Maintenance

Customers are responsible for proper fountain maintenance, including:

  • Protecting products from misuse or environmental damage

Damage caused by neglect, improper maintenance, freezing temperatures, hard water buildup, or misuse is not covered.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fountain & Flora shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Freight delays
  • Installation delays
  • Property damage caused by improper use or installation
  • Losses related to unauthorized modifications

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the purchased product or service.
