Thank you for choosing Fountain & Flora. Each of our fountains is handcrafted with care and often made to order. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


Production & Processing Times

Most of our fountains are custom-made or built to order.

Estimated production timelines may range from 2–8 weeks depending on:

  • Product type
  • Customization requests
  • Order volume
  • Material availability

Production timelines are estimates only and may vary during peak seasons or due to supplier or freight delays.

Customers will be notified once their order is ready for shipment or installation scheduling.


Shipping Methods

Due to the size and weight of many of our products, orders may ship through:

  • Freight carriers
  • LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipping services
  • Specialized delivery services

Smaller accessories or select items may ship through standard parcel carriers.

Shipping methods are selected based on product size, weight, destination, and delivery requirements.


Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate shipping information
  • Ensuring the delivery location is accessible
  • Verifying sufficient space for delivery
  • Ensuring someone is available to receive large freight shipments if required

Additional fees may apply for:

  • Redelivery attempts
  • Missed appointments
  • Storage charges
  • Limited-access locations
  • Liftgate service requests
  • Address changes after shipment

Freight Deliveries

Freight deliveries are typically curbside delivery unless otherwise arranged.

Customers may be responsible for moving the fountain from the delivery location to the final installation area unless white-glove or installation services were purchased separately.

Delivery drivers are generally not responsible for:

  • Indoor placement
  • Assembly
  • Installation
  • Removal of packaging materials

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If the packaging or product appears damaged:

  • Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing
  • Take clear photos of:
    • Packaging
    • Pallet/crate condition
    • Product damage
  • Notify Fountain & Flora within 24 hours of delivery

Failure to report shipping damage within the required timeframe may affect eligibility for freight claims.

Please retain all original packaging materials until the claim process is completed.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated timelines, Fountain & Flora is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Freight carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Customs processing
  • Material shortages
  • High seasonal demand
  • Customer-requested modifications
  • Unforeseen logistical circumstances

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.


International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select products.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Brokerage fees
  • Country-specific import requirements

International transit times may vary significantly depending on destination and customs clearance procedures.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate before placing an order.

Fountain & Flora is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.


Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped, when available.

Freight shipments may require scheduling directly with the carrier prior to delivery.
