I came across Rakan, after searching for a replacement for my old fountain in my courtyard, that I really liked, but the bottom had just crumbled after many years. I went to his store, and he had a good selection was really trying to accommodate me and I was explaining what had happened with my old fountain. He offered to stop by after work to see if he could repair it. He was so polite which is so appreciated these days,
